Join us as we celebrate Sounds of Freedom Day on May 11, 2019, at the Otero County Fair Grounds.  Festivities kick off at 10 am and continue till 10 pm!  

This day is meant to bring our entire community together to show our appreciation for our military and have some fun! Entry to this event is free to the whole community! The event will feature live music from Southern New Mexico's Own Frank Ray and Bennett's Amusements will have carnival rides and games.  There will also be a Corn Hole Tournament organized by the Fallen Wings Foundation, a non-profit organization supporting the families of fallen USAF airmen due to aerial mishaps. There will be free mechanical bull rides, free Petting Zoo from Runyan Ranch, food and craft vendors!  If you are interested in being a vendor for the event you can contact the Otero County Fair Association at 575-434-0788.

The first 1500 Military and their immediate family will receive a FREE BBQ Lunch/Dinner from Au Jus BBQ, and the first 1000 will receive FREE ride wristbands!!!

(Please bring your id, meals will be available in the Wade Building.  Wristbands will be available in the Wade building and at a tent between the Pavillion and Bennett's Amusements)
