Case # Z-09-0690(A); Property Address – 605 East 12th Street; Owner – Qwest Communications; Applicant – Fred J. (Bud) Telck;
Mr. Telck with permission of property owner is requesting that the City amend the zoning map to change the zoning from R-3 to C-3. Qwest Communications owns 3 adjacent lots and has a commercial building in two of the lots zoned C-3 and the 3rd lot zoned R-3 is used as a parking lot. This rezoning will bring the business building and parking space into one zoning.
