On August 22, 2018, Southwest Abatement and Jack Wayte Construction will mobilize, then commence asbestos abatement and demolition of the Sahara Apartment structures.
Due to construction activities, there will be a water outage scheduled on Tuesday, August 14, 2018, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., weather permitting.

The northbound lane of Lavelle Road, in the vicinity of the 1-MGD Brackish Water Treatment Facility, will be temporarily closed to traffic Tuesday, August 14, 2018 through Wednesday, August 15, 2018.
Starting Monday, August 6, 2018, City crews will be closing two lanes going Eastbound on Indian Wells Road. The lanes will be closed off between N. Scenic Dr. and Carmel Dr.
