Department Description
The Fleet Management Division of the Public Works Department provides for all operational aspects of the City of Alamogordo's fleet of vehicles and equipment. This includes procurement, maintenance, fueling, insuring, and disposal, thus allowing other Departments/Divisions to perform their missions.
Mission Statement
The Fleet Management Division of Public Works exists solely for the purpose of providing a fleet of reliable, safe, and well maintained vehicles and equipment to other City of Alamogordo Divisions, so they may efficiently and effectively perform their services for the citizens of Alamogordo. The Fleet Management is committed to providing this fleet in a cost-effective manner, with quality and safety foremost in our minds.
