PETITIONER: David W. Petree and Judith L. Petree, owners.
REQUEST: Approval of a variance of thirteen feet (13') from Sections 2903-040 and 29-03-500, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Alamogordo, New Mexico, governing rear yard setbacks; which, if approved, would allow the placement of a new manufactured housing unit ten feet (10') from the rear property line, rather than the twenty-three foot (23') setback required by Code.

CURRENT LEGAL: Land in the Northeast quarter of Section 6, T17S, R10E, NMPM, described as follows: Starting at the Southwest corner of said Northeast quarter and going South 89 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds East along the South line of said Northeast quarter a distance of 655.01 feet to the place of beginning of the tract of land herein described; thence North 00 degrees 02 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of 1124.92 feet; thence North 02 degrees 10 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 195.58 feet; thence South 89 degrees 39 minutes 54 seconds East a distance of 2011.49 feet; thence South 00 degrees 46 minutes 21 seconds East a distance of 1320.18 feet; thence North 89 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 2020.94 feet to the said place of beginning.

7. PERSONS TO BE HEARD.
