Recycling centers


Recycling centers are currently located at: 
  • south end of Civic Center parking lot (1st and South Florida)
  • the City Maintenance Yard 2600 N. Florida
Materials Accepted at all locations:

newspapers
aluminum cans
cardboard
(no glass or plastic)

Also, the Convenience Center on LaVelle can take any type of metal, motor oil, antifreeze, cell phones, car batteries, any type of recyclable or rechargeable batteries, and any type of ink cartridges for recycling. They accept all appliances and all types of metal to be recycled.
