A community favorite, join the City of Alamogordo Special Events, Alameda Park Zoo, and Burt Broadcasting, Inc. as we celebrate Halloween! Zoo Boo is the City of Alamogordo’s annual safe trick-or-treating event complete with pumpkins, lights and decorations, candy, food vendors, and a costume contest. The Alameda Park Zoo is closed for regular hours during Zoo Boo. 


Spook-tivities are scheduled for Saturday, October 29, 2022, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Children 8-12: Cutest, Scariest, Most Original
Prizes will be given out to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for the above categories.

Family: Cutest, Scariest, Most Original
