    $150 For Both Days With Electricity | $100 For Both Days Without Electricity

  3. What are you selling or advertising for? What will your booth look like? Are you a food vendor?

  4. If you are a food vendor, you must attach a copy of your insurance or your application will not be accepted. 

  5. Please tell us the length and width of your structure like a canopy or food truck. 

  6. If you are a food vendor, you must attach your City of Alamogordo Business License or your application will not be accepted.

    ◆ The deadline to submit a vendor application is  May 1, 2023, at 5:00 pm. Applications will not be accepted after the deadline has passed for any reason.

    ◆ Spaces are determined on a first-come-first-served basis. Spaces are assigned by the Special Events Manager although requests will be considered. Space assignment is subject to change upon arrival due to unforeseen circumstances. 

    ◆ Electrical is first-come-first-serve and spaces and amperage are limited. 

    ◆ All vendors must be set up completely by 5:00 PM and ready for gates to be open at 6:00 PM on Friday, May 19, 2023. Vendors will not be allowed to begin set up after 4:30 PM. No refunds will be issued if you are late to set up or are late in setting up and asked to leave. 

    ◆ All event information will be sent via email…so please include an email address!! Applicants without emails will not be accepted!

    ◆ Vendors are not allowed to leave the event early. Vendors will be allowed to pack up 30 minutes before the event ends. In an emergency or bad driving weather situation, please contact one of the event personnel and inform them of your departure.

    The area must be cleaned and left in similar condition upon departure.

    Spaces are 10' X 10' unless you are a food vendor outside of the pavilion.   Organization/group must supply their own tents, tables, seating, and equipment.

    ◆ Vendors are not allowed to walk around selling raffle tickets, balloons, food, products, etc. All vendors must remain in the immediate vicinity of their booth.

    ◆ The City of Alamogordo has the right to deny any application that we feel does not meet the guidelines set forth to participate in this event. Anyone falsifying his or her application will be asked to leave.

    ◆ Vendors are not allowed to sell or distribute weapons of any kind at this event. Alamogordo Police Department will determine if items are considered a weapon or a device that can potentially cause harm.

  9. The above representations are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I have read and understand the above conditions; I agree to said conditions. I understand and agree that I may be personally liable for failure for non-compliance with said conditions. I also release and hold harmless the City of Alamogordo and its employees or sponsors from any claims for personal injury, wrongful death or property damage arising from my participation in this event. Although security is provided, the City is not liable for damaged or stolen merchandise left at the Otero County Fairgrounds.
