Aqua Fitness Sessions

Session Schedule

  • View our Monthly Pool Session Schedule page for the days and times of the various sessions. 
  • Age requirements for all other sessions are as follows:
    • NOON Lap Swim/Aqua Walk sessions, 11 am to 12:30 pm, are ADULT/SENIOR ADULT ONLY.
    • Ages 16 to 17 may participate in sessions not designated adult only but must have a completed MINOR Waiver form on file to attend without an adult present. Effective May 15, 2023, youth without a completed waiver form on file will not be admitted to the facility without an adult. No Exceptions!   
    • Ages 12 to 15 years may participate in sessions not designated adult only but must be accompanied by an adult and share a lane with that adult (both individuals must pay the session fee).
  • Participants are expected to follow all session rules and any direction given by the lifeguards on duty. Any behavior that is disruptive to other patrons will be addressed.   
  • Schedules may vary based on weather, maintenance, instructor, or staff issues - check the monthly pool session schedule regularly for updates.

Online Registration

Lap swim sessions -- Independent fitness

  • Two people per lane - swimmers must share lanes when full and swim within their designated lane lines.
  • No diving or recreational swimming during lap swim sessions.
  • Distance is the 25-yard length/50-yard lap.
  • Depth remains the same within a lane. The shallowest lane depth is 4.5 feet, and the deepest is 9 feet.  
  • The number of available swim lanes will vary dependent on pool programming.
  • Registration: sessions allow for pre-registration, which is recommended if you are sure you will attend and wish to ensure your spot (pre-registration ensures a spot but not a specific lane location). Drop-in participation will be accepted if a session has not been filled through pre-registration and is on a first-come basis. Please note pre-registration may be made online, by phone, or in person up to 3 days in advance (once made, fees are non-refundable)

Aqua walk sessions -- Independent fitness

  • No recreational swimming during aqua walk sessions.
  • Distance is the 30-yard length/60-yard lap - walkers must walk east/west.
  • Depth changes from 3 feet to 4.5 feet when walking.
  • The number of available swim lanes will vary dependent on pool programming.
  • Registration: sessions allow for pre-registration, which is recommended if you are sure you will attend and wish to ensure your spot (pre-registration ensures a spot but not a specific lane location). Drop-in participation will be accepted if a session has not been filled through pre-registration and is on a first-come basis. Please note pre-registration may be made online or in-person up to 3 days in advance (once made, fees are non-refundable).                                     

Fitness Classes -- Instructor-led 

  • Splash with Ben

    • All classes are in the shallow end of the pool.
  • Sweat & Swim with Stella

    • All classes are in the shallow end of the pool.
  • Aquacize with Lola 

    • Tuesdays and Wednesdays are in the deep end of the pool.
    • Thursdays are in the shallow end of the pool.
  • No recreational swimming during fitness classes. 
  • Participants will be restricted to the pool area designated for the fitness class. 
  • Registration: fitness classes allow for pre-registration, which is recommended if you are sure you will attend and wish to ensure your spot. Drop-in participation will be accepted if a class has not been filled through pre-registration and is on a first-come basis. Please note pre-registration may be made online or in person up to one week in advance (once made, fees are non-refundable).
