Aqua Fitness Sessions

GROUP FITNESS SESSIONS -- INSTRUCTOR LED

  •  Aquacize with Lola - 18 yrs & Up (schedule may vary based on staff availability) 
    • Tue/Thu:  10:00 - 11:00 am - Deep End Class 
      (water depth for class is 7-9 feet deep - participants should be comfortable in water and able to float on their own if needed)

LAP SWIM & AQUA WALK SESSIONS -- INDEPENDENT FITNESS

July 12 - August 9 (schedule may vary based on staff availability) 

  • Lap Swim -  18 yrs & Up - 2 people per lane, pre-registration recommended 
    • Mon/Wed/Fri:  6:45 - 8:15am 
    • Tue/Wed/Thu:  11:15am - 12:30pm
    • Mon/Wed/Fri:  5:30 - 7:00pm  
  • Aqua Walk -  18 yrs & Up - pre-registration recommended   
    • Mon/Wed/Fri:  6:45 - 8:15am  
    • Tue/Wed/Thu:  11:45am - 1pm
    • Mon/Wed/Fri:  5:30 - 7:00pm 
  • Teen Lap Swim -  12 yrs - 17 yrs - 2 people per lane, pre-registration recommended  
    • Wed/Fri:  2:30 - 3:30pm 

August 9 - Seasonal Close (late October/early November, dependent on weather and staffing)

CHANGES - Saturday, Tuesday evening and Thursday evening lap swim/aqua walk sessions added, Wednesday noon lap swim removed starting Aug 18, noon aqua walk session start time changed to 11:15 am, noon lap swim/aqua walk time increased to increased to 1.5 hours in duration.

  • Lap Swim -  18 yrs & Up - 2 people per lane, pre-registration recommended 
    • Mon/Wed/Fri:  6:45 - 8:15am 
    • Tue/Thu/Sat:  11:15am - 12:30pm
    • Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu:  5:30 - 7:00pm
