Simple, basic exercises appropriate for beginners and experienced participants alike - modifications provided. Wear comfortable clothing to move in, athletic shoes or non-skid yoga socks, and bring a yoga mat and water. PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED - class must reach minimum participation requirement to be held.
